Starting in December 2025 members of the Marshalls Bargaining Committee began negotiations for their next contract update. Members took action, rallying outside in freezing temperatures before their shifts, to let the company know that we stand strong.

The bargaining committee endorsed a new agreement for ratification, which won overwhelming support with members.
